I have no intention of cashing out until 'Stars tells me either I have to, or I can't play there anymore.
Two reasons: 1) I don't have a whole lot of $$$ there, anyway, and 2) If I can keep playing there, I'm sure they'll eventually create a work-around way to get me my money in the event my bank blocks NETeller EFTs.
