calculated as table_share / (0.50/number_of_players_dealt_in) Example: For a $100,000 jackpot with 9 players dealt in, the total table share is 17.5% or $17,500. The individual table share is $17,500/7 = $2500. Each player's jackpot collection contribution is $0.50/9 = $.05555 Thus, the table share is paying 2500:0.05555 = 45000:1 By several analyses, the odds of being in a jackpot hand seem to be a few 100,000:1. Bless the players who chase these situations.
