But it sucks soo much, to lose I was tight all the tourney and didnt get any pairs or AK, except for a 22 where its flop went AA

What I meant as in a SNG my cash will greatly multiply as I improve my finish from 4th to 3rd.
Improving this is by not playing it, and waiting for some1 to lose. MB call the PFR ? and see the flop 1st ?
