starting Feb 25th: Party Reload

clearing bonuses on party are easy even in 7 days because you get a raked hand even if you put no money into the pot... you get a raked hand just for being dealt cards.

While other sites sometimes require you to have money into the pot or the rake be so high before it counts.

Omahilo, just me or have the suckouts in O8 on PP sucked dick lately. Also, the tables are a lot tighter. I guess it's the skilled bonus whores. I dropped $65 in 2 days .

Oddly enough, I haven't had that much success at PP, guess I haven't adapted well to all the crazy chasers. Now InterPoker, that's my bi....ahem.

Wasnt aware of that. So as long as you see cards, and the hand is raked ($5 min. pot I think) you get credit for a raked hand? Is this right? Sweet.
I know alot of you do the reload all the time, do you play any differently when you are clearing (tighter, looser, whatever ) due to clearing, or becasue others are clearing??

The bonus is so easy to clear, I don't think it's necessary to change anything. Sure, if you're at a tight table, and it would be more lucrative to loosen up, then do so ... but otherwise - just play poker, and the raked hands melt away.

Besides, when its "bonus clearing time" I don't notice a change in play. That is ... enough of a change to dictate switching gears.

I actually did notice that people were a lot tighter during this reload period. Bonus whores were out in full force I suppose.

Does Party have one every month?

yeah party usually has 1 reload a month... in January they had two

January they did a new years reload then the normal January reload. So on major holidays and stuff they might run a promotion or something so keep your eyes open.

As for playing and having a tightier table during the 'bonus whore' period... depends really, sometimes Ive had some of the tighiest tables around and other times it is even loosen than normal. I play the same regardless because I want to make that $200 bonus + some so I dont think of the bonus as 'I can play like a jackass' money lol.

The odds of having a table of like 3-4 bonus whores is kind of slim since party is apart of the party skin and players from Empire and their other sites also play at the same tables and those sites arent running bonuses. Party has 40-50K on its site at any given time and only a few thousand maybe are true grinder bonus whore types lol.

I've never noticed the tables being any tighter during a bonus period.... In fact, I've never noticed Party tables being tight - EVER - unless I specifically seek one out for some reason. Maybe this is because I play higher than the minimum limits though... and that's probably whrere the true bonus whores hang out. that way ,they can risk the minimum and still earn the same bonus I can at much higher limits.

P.S. I got my ass kicked during this last Party bonus... Ended up way in the hole. No matter what I had, it lost... I even saved off the one HH, it was so ugly. I should post it.
