Super System - Please review this for me

I've read the no limit and limit hold 'em sections of Super System, as well as the basic intro.

Just wanted to get some feedback on what others feel the value of this information is.

I like it and learned some stuff, but somethings I read just had me thinking, "no way, I'd never do that, sorry."

Feeback appreciated.
