Why can't I edit my avatar?

When I click "edit avatar" it doesn't give me the option to change it anymore.

I see my current avatar, and it gives me the option to "not use avatar." I have no ability to browse, etc like I used to.

If this isn't rectified immediately I'll leave this god damned site!!!!!!!

Right below that, doesn't it say "Use Custom Avatar?"

Whoops.... My bad. The "Thousand Post Club" had that turned off for some reason. It's all good now.

The files i wanted were Bmap. I guess they aren't supported by the board.

put them in paint then go to save as and scroll down to jpg.
