So SEP05CASHOUT2 appears on my bonus page, listing the amount and number of hands to require to clear. But the number doesn’t ever go down , and under my cashier history I see it given to me, then taken away as a result of prior cashouts. I’m going to contact support, but I’m not hopeful. Though in fairness, they already did already give me a bonus this month.

Not to mention that some bad play on my part plus experimenting with 6-handed NL cost me a bundle.
