Sir:
Have you taken too long of a break from poker or something? There's NO WAY 300BB is "plenty" for a NL game. That's 3 buyins, which means no breathing room. And we've gone over the whole "buy in for the max" thing too many times already, but if you're a good player who is confident in your ability to win, why would you buy in for less than the max? This, of course, is assuming you have an adequate bankroll. |
