i like the turn check-raise, but i would have popped it for a bit more than the min bet, to at least 24 as junyun said.
only min-raising here gives him 5.5-1 odds to call the bet, and he is getting 10.5-1 to draw to the straight. obviously he doesnt have anywhere near the odds to correctly draw to it, but if he hits the hand he probably thinks that he can double up, and get another 49 into the pot. the implied odds here are then 101-8 (based on 44 in pot+8 to call+49 in on river, if i am correct), or 12.6-1, so technically he would be correct IF he can always double up on the river and his hand is good. i absolutely hate his call here, but i still think that you should have pushed a bit harder on the turn. |

I was copletely dominating the hand and had him on close to a complete bluff i wasn't all about pushing him out here- but shoulda known the only card to help him would come the way these last 2 days have went.
