Not IMO. It's based on when the money goes in, not the preflop cards.
But I have no idea what Hellmuth's definition would be. I'm guessing any hand he loses where he had the lead at ANY TIME during the hand would be a bad beat in his eyes. |

Haha, Hellmuth said if the person who was the underdog when the money went in and they won the pot then it was a bad beat. Interestingly enough several hands later he got his AK in against a PP, then hit his K and the PP rivered trips and he lost his shit.
