Get some auto rate stats for your primary game, and put them on (PT guide will help a lot with this stuff btw), then as you auto import they are automatically rated.

I don't use PT for tourneys, I don't think they can be auto imported though, I'm pretty sure that you have to have them e-mailed to a POP3 adress and read automatically or you have to copy and paste the histories into a wordpad doc, which is very very tedious. Maybe someone else knows a better way.
