They won't ban you or seize your money. If you used different email addresses when signing up, odds are they'll never know. That's the only piece of data that you input when signing up that they check 100% of the time and cross-reference with their existing database.

Worst case scenario is they'll freeze your account and make you call Manoosh in India, who will tell you that you have two accounts and that you are only allowed one. You have to close one account but they let you choose which one. Close the one with no funds in it.

yes they will just ask you which account you want to close and then you close one and the other will have all your funds in it.

I can confirm this from first hand experience, but should add this is the case if you have duplicate account on different skins -- they made me close my Empire Account, which is why I'm always going on about my Empire promo envy.
