From PokerTracker Help File.......

PokerStars - from the lobby window, go to the Requests menu and select Hand History. Stars allows you to request your last xx number of hands, a specific hand or your hands played over the last xx hours. BE AWARE though that if you use this feature to request your hands played over the past xx hours, they will NEVER send more than 200 hands, even if you have played more than that. It's very misleading. Another feature that Stars has is the ability to request Tournament Summaries (also under the Requests Menu). If you are importing tournament hand histories, it is important that you also request the tournament summary for the tournament(s) you are playing in.

-------------------------------------

Once you request the histories, it will go to your email account on file with PokerStars. Take the text of that email and save it as a .txt file. Then in Pokertracker go to the file menu and "Import Hand Histories/Tournament Summaries" and select the .txt file you created ("Select Files to import" button). You can set PokerTracker to check your email dierectly, but I have never done it that way, so maybe someone else can explain that, or just go to PokerTracker.com and look at (search) their forums for Pokerstars hand histories and i'm sure you will find what you need.

Good Luck
