This is your call. According to the fine print in the OP:

Giving it to de-coder is a cooler way to do it, but would have been nearly impossible to track if we had more non-payers. I'll leave it up to you. It's technically your money, but if you want to give it to de-coder, I think that would be very nice.

Edit: Either way though, I think this should only be a $5 bounty (if chefrm had shipped the $5 for the bounties, he would have only won $5 for knocking out RR, since he's not in the league), so that's all that should "pass through" to de-coder.
