were you not worried about diamonds??? to me betting that much on that flop just screams to the poker gods to make something go wrong

Of course I was worried about diamonds... that's WHY I bet the pot (about) on the flop. Why let him get there cheap? If he's going to chase, he's going to have to make a mistake to do so and pay the price.
