Sorry about your luck. Kkirk be "The Fuck."

By the way, the funniest part of the whole dialogue:

Kkirk: "im very sorry things have been unbelievably hectic this week, funerals and stuff, hope u can understand, i will probably end up just giving u the $ back"

Hahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Funerals, in the fucking plural!

Give me a fucking break kid.

Or how about this one? LMFAO!!!

"shipping them in 5 minutes, you should expect them round wendsday probably, you can go ahead and send the rest to my account"

That's a riot.

By the way, Galypso,

Why would you send somone $150 with no goods. He's 16 years old! At least when he fucked me over I had him make the $50 transfer first!

And another thing. $150 for a random bunch of baseball cards? I'm sure there were "a couple in their worth $150 each." Sure kirk.

You were giving this kid $150 for a monster box of cards you never saw. You are a bigger dumbass than Kkirk.

Thanks for sharing though.

When I was getting hassled by him, Party told me his name was Brian Jones. I don't know about this George Joseph shit.

And why did you tell Stars? They aren't a bank. They didn't sell the cards.

WTF?? Money before cards? Umm nope, and your lawsuit isnt valid, its thrown out instantly on the grounds of nothing being signed. Kirk aka "THE FUCK" could just say that you owed it him and that the emails arent even from him. Get cover for yourself next time mate.

Is he really 16!?? Why dont we report him for underage gambling, and visit his ass when hes in prison for a month? Hes in the USA, im in the UK, i think we have the same laws....

I believe because the sites are all located over seas, I dont think they can do anything about it in the states because of that. Im not sure but I believe because they are located overseas he is concidered gambling there not in the states.

Pretty sure you're wrong there Brian.

You have to pay taxes on poker winnings in the U.S., no?

regardless of where the sites are located you still have to be 18 to gamble and he is only 16.

18 to gamble on the sites no matter what "state" or "country" you're in

taxes on the winnings dont mean anything...you dont have to claim them.. it's not like the gambling sites report their earnings to the IRS.

geoff is wrong

Actually, I think you're all variations of right and wrong.

First, you DO have to pay taxes on poker (gambling) winnings in the U.S. No, the poker sites aren't reporting your winnings, but YOU are supposed to. If you ever got audited and the IRS asked you where all those deposits to your bank account were coming from, they would nab you.

As for how old you need to be to play online poker, that's up to both the gambling site AND your local jurisdiction. In the states, online poker is a big gray area, but don't think that just because these companies are offshore means no laws apply to you. Just because some web site selling kiddie p0rn is located offshore doesn't mean it's legal for you to download it, for example. And you can't go hiring assassins legally, just because their company happens to be located outside the U.S.

Don't listen to JunYUN. He's just being his usual angry self, but he's wrong.

In the U.S., virtually all income is taxable, no matter how it's earned. We do indeed have a spot on our tax forms to report Gambling winnings, so it is supposed to be reported.

If people chose not to report any or all of their income, that is their own choice, but they are breaking the law, and it is a REALLY big deal if it ever catches up to them...
