Default Question - Winning WSOP seats online

Hey, say you win a WSOP Main event seat on PS. Can you give away to someone or is it in your name? Do they just send it to you - like the entry ticket - or what? thanks.

As per their rules, you have to play the first seat yourself. So if you are underage, don't waste your time. The second one you win, you are able to transfer to someone else.

What *I* want to know is in my situation, where I already won a seat on UB, what happens if I win another one on Stars? Because then I would have two "must play your first one" seats... ???

P.S. I edited the title of your post - in the future, please try to be a little more specific, so people know what the thread is about.

Hello Tim,

Firstly we haven't started running satellites for 2006 WSOP yet, however, I
can tell you this -- if you have already won a seat on another site then I
can only advise you NOT to play in satellites on PokerStars.

Our rules are quite clear on this, and you will effectively be out one seat
if you do happen to win a seat on two different sites.

Best Regards,

Ellis

Wow, that sucks. Good to know though. Guess I'll have to keep my 2006 WSOP business with UB.

Why would you even try to win another? There has to be tournaments out there with better EV than that where you could spend your money.
