Disgrace to Poker
I saw my first episode of the 2005 USPC today on ESPN. It wasnt the first episode (the blinds started at 100/200 and had fischman, and men nyguen at the featured table)
Some of these players are honestly disgraceful. A disgrace to poker. Especially this guy Lance Funsten, who doesnt even know basic starting hand requirements..... He doesnt even know how to bet and raise, how much is a legal raise (tries to call a 1000 bet and raise 250...literally saying i call and I raise -- which should not be allowed!) , he announces his raise in colors (i see your 2 orange and raise you 1 orange....um u cant do that jackoff)...oh yea all he does is raise (lol) and he has gotten lucky a billion times. Unreal Some of the calls Ive seen are very questionable too -- 2 pairs getting counterfitted and then making a call on river raises, making river raises when they can only be called when they're beat -- a lot of very questionable play even from some of the knowns

I saw that episode with that guy...I was amazed he was there at first, then I was convinced he was doing it on purpose. I mean, nobody playing in a tournament like that is a complete beginner at poker.
Later in the episode he started laying some hands down...but was still playing weird, but he was making bets that were scaring people away. I am convinced he knew exactly what he was doing.
