Default Only from Full Tilt...

I requested a check withdraw on 10/2 and it was approved the same day. I emailed them on the 17th, to ask if there were any problems. This morning (10/20), I received the following two emails, 12 minutes apart, in this order.

Thanks fort the $150, but seriously... I think it's time to hire a competent Support department.

Hi Troll Pie,

You are receiving this email because there is an issue with your recent Check withdrawal from Full Tilt Poker. The following transaction is affected:

Date: 02 Oct 2009
Time: 12:11 EST
Transfer Reference: 03D2A394
Amount: $2500.00
Check Number: 69161

If you have not yet done so, please do not attempt to cash or deposit this withdrawal Check. Due to issues with one of our payment processors, the Check will not be honoured by the bank.

Your withdrawal amount will be returned to your Full Tilt account within the next 24 hours and you may re-initiate another Check withdrawal once your balance is restored in the cashier.

We understand the importance of receiving your funds in a timely manner and apologize sincerely for this delay and for any inconvenience caused.

In appreciation of your patience in this matter, we will be crediting your Full Tilt Poker account with $150.00 within the next 24 hours.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding. Please reply to this email for any clarification and assistance.

Sincerely,

Full Tilt Poker

Hello Mark,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

We have reviewed your account. We are pleased to inform you that your check withdrawal request for $2500 on 2 October 2009 has been approved.

Checks are delivered by USPS mail and average 15 business days for delivery from the time of shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of bank observed holidays. Delivery times to destinations outside the continental United States will vary.

If you have not received your check by 26 October 2009, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you further.

Also, as a reminder, you may request a withdrawal through the "Cashier" window for the amount you want to cash out. After pressing "OK", you will receive an automated email from Full Tilt Poker confirming that your request is being processed and a follow-up email once it has been approved or declined.

You may request a check withdrawal once per 24 hours and twice per 7 days. Checks can be requested for withdrawals between $100 and $2,500.

Your check will be mailed to the name and address on your Full Tilt Poker account. Please verify your account information before requesting a check. To change your account information, follow these steps:

1) Log in to your Full Tilt Poker account.
2) Select "Cashier".
3) View your existing details under "Personal Information".
4) Select "Edit" if you need to make changes.
5) Make any required changes and click "OK" when finished.

Please bear in mind that for security purposes we may ask for identification prior to processing a check withdrawal in the future.

Thank you for your patience, and if you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us. We're always here to help.

Regards,

Joanna

With these problem that keep coming up, is there a chance that FTP is running into cash flow problems?

I highly doubt that. I think it's Payment Processor problems.

Screw grinding the tables, a guy could almost make a living off of grinding cheque withdrawals.
