Default Id be in

I have a decent idea for members here who are able to transfer money.

Start a league, kindof late now but it could be for week 16 and 17 and of course next year. Say 10$. Get 10-20 people in it. Do like 50%, 30%, 20% payouts or spread it out more if it becomes popular. Losers transfer money to winners accounts. Even if it was only $1, or 100$ itd be interesting and a way to make alittle money. How ive played it....You rank each game 1-16 using each number only once. 16 for the game you know the team will win and 1 for the game you are least certain about. Team with the most total points takes the pot and so on. What do you think? You could even do it for the playoffs. Otherwise Sportsbook.com is a pretty solid site especially for betting parlays for football.

I'll take ALL the favorites, without even looking at the spreads. You can't pick and choose though. We either bet on all the games, or none of them. Whatever $ per game you want.

So let me get this straight.... you want to bet straight up on the favorites, but you want points if you like the underdog?

That's not really the same as you were originally saying, now is it?

Wait, aren't you the guy that has no way to pay up if he loses?

I'm going to have to pass on your action, and would recommend everyone else do the same.

I'll take the Bears +7 vs the packers if you'd like

I'll put any amount up to 5000 on it.

It's ok with me on ONE CONDITION - I want to avoid a mess afterwards and I see it coming already (sorry Zy, but you know it would have gotten ugly).

If the final score is:
Bears 24 Packers 21
Bears 18 Packers 21
Bears 0 Packers 6
Bears 12 Packers 6

We are all in agreement that Zybomb would win all of those bets, right? And that I should transfer the money from the bets to Zybomb, right?

Only if the score is something like this would Favre win:
Bears 14, Packers 22

Right?

Assuming that is all true and everyone is on the same page here, I too would like to take the Bears +7 for any amount up to $10,000.

Heh. I'll go higher too, of course (and literally fly to Vegas and place a bet on the Pack with the real line), but thought I'd start with a reasonable number here.

Because you set the line at Bears+7, numbnut. That's why they both asked you five times.

Bears +7 means the Packers have to win by 8 or more for you to win the bet.

You take the Bears score and "add" 7.

So, with your line.

Green Bay 21 Bears 17 really equals

Green Bay 21 Bears 24

Stick to poker.

Was just trying to triple check with you, since I wasn't sure if you didn't understand or if you were just handing money out for Christmas.
