Default NAPT Mohegan Sun

Got here last night. Not real crowded yet, I think the 'Stars players who won seats and rooms start arriving today. Had a reasonable winning session (+$110) at 1-2 NL ($300 max buy-in) despite an A-hole on my left who lectured everybody about everything: How they played hands wrong (he was way off); baseball (even though he apparently had never heard of CC Sabbathia - "Why's this fat guy starting opening day for the Yankees? Don't teams usually start their best pitcher on opening day?"); and worst of all, after the guy on my right won the high hand jackpot, he immediately began schooling him on what was the "standard" tip. The guy actually started to rack up to leave because the jerk was pissing him off, bbut fortunately the jerk went busto on the next hand and left.

Was down for 1 day/night on friday with my boy who played the $1k. I didn't play the tourny, but cash games were very soft. Small chance I may make it there late night ton/early AM tom to play the 3:00 or 7:00 sattys into Wed's ME. Kinda depends on a couple of people. I'll post if I make it up there. What do you plan on playing? Did you satty into the ME?

I played 1 $230 step 1 SNG (top 2 places win seats in the $1,040 step 2 multi) yesterday. 6000 chips, blinds start at 25/50, 20 minute levels.

Busted out 5th. I was 2nd in chips for a while, but when the blinds got to 200/400 5 handed, every time I tried to steal I got repopped. Finally as we were getting close to the end of the level and I was down to about 6k, guy on the button raised my BB for the 4th consecutive time so I shoved with 88. He thought for about 2 minutes and finally called with AKo, flopped an ace and I was out.

Played some more 1-2 NL and was down about $60, but as the poker room filled up, the table got noticeably more aggro so I put my name on an interest list for 4/8 LHE. That never went, so I settled on 2/4. Classic no foldem game. Over the course of 4 hours there I won back what I had lost at 1/2 NL.

Midway through the 2nd half of the basketball game I decided I'd rather be at a bar watching the game so I called it a night.

My wife is getting bored so we'll likely not stay tonight. I doubt I'll try another satty. If the 3/6 HOE is going today I'll play that.

I'll be wearing black Poker Stars clothers with the Moneymaker Millionaire logo. No hat, just my shiny bald head.

Didn't end up making the trip. My boy Chi Chi (09 WSOP ME 29th place) is still in Day 3 though (no piece unfortunately). Started the day with 230k and 134 players with 104 getting paid i believe. Latest pokernews update has him ITM but shortstacked with 130k in chips with 4k/8k/ A 1k. 48 players left.

Edit: Im obv a jinx. Busted somewhere between 43rd and 48th, as there are 42 left now and he is on the busto list
