NBA Play
I like Phoenix -4. I expect Kobe Bryant to not yet be in synch (sp?) with his team yet, only having practiced a few times this preseason and coming off of a tough off season
I also expect the Heat to cover the 5.5 spread against the Bulls as well. The champs should be fired up at home ot start a season and I think the line may react bc of Ben Wallace.

You don't think Phoenix will be a little discombobulated(sp?) with Amare when he gets his 15-20 min that are planned? Basketball is a scary thing to bet on IMO, I don't think I could do it.

fortunately my Bet was on the pheonix game and my "expect" was on the heat game (boy was I ever wrong there)

tough start...
I would hold off betting the NBA out of the gate, every year there are different teams that do well that you dont expect while there are teams that you expect to make the playoffs and end up having a losing season. |
