Ref takes out player

Saw this on Yahoo so I'm sure many have seen it already. I've never seen a ref in a football game deliver a hit, usually they are getting pummeled

It's bad enough when ref's decide games on bad calls but that's ridiculous. He must have had a nice wager on the game.
