Default Quality of posts

So we're all on the race to 200 ... and it is might be starting to result in some crappy posts. If two guys stay on the boards trading one line insults, they are also on their way to getting some cash, which seems counter productive. It would be a lot more work for you, but what about the idea of awarding quality posts with additional credits?

if you're referring to me vs CF, i put a lot of words into about 3 posts... the rest of my posts are quality, i'm not just racing, i'm going to earn my bonus.

I think his post refers to the jackass. I mean Jackass.

Just a thought.

Too much work indeed. I'm kinda banking on people continuing to post after they hit their bonus levels though, so it will all be good in the end.

This forum does have the ability to do all sorts of neat stuff - like "User Reputation." I have it turned off right now, but maybe that would be a nice feature to add. Thoughts?

I like the idea, but I feel there can be so much drama... as soon as you get beef w/ people, your rating will go down. I think the more people post, the more respect they get.

Well, maybe except jackass.

Thumbs up

Ban this Aquitas56 or whatever the fcuk his name is. Every thread has some one line stupid a** comment or him and Jackass are having a battle. Just look at his picture, he's a punk looking for a free handout. My suggestion to him is since the Vanilla Ice lookalike thing didn't work out, get on your bike and go to your local McDonalds. I'm sure there is a fryer in need of cleaning somewhere.

I think a user reputation would be key. Give them a name like straight, flush, ful l house nuts etc. I've seen another site where they give you cards that tell yoru site ranking.

It's "Aequitas58" bitch, recognize.

I don't really remembering arguing with you for you to harbor such malcontent. Oh well. I'm not looking for a handout either, but when the site admin wants to promote his site by giving away money, shit - I'll take it. So will you and everyone - that's why you're posting here.

Oh shit - and if this whole "lawyer" thing doesn't work out for me, I'll be sure to check out sanitation engineering at (what was it...?) McDonalds.

One more thing: IF (by chance) I ever make "moderator" status here... watch your step.

We'll see about that.

I don't need moderator status to screw with this retard - although it would help.

Tell me about it. I fear this is going to cost me a lot more than I anticipated.

I REALLY hope you guys help kick some $$ back to me by signing up to other poker sites through my links:

Thumbs up since you say that

i know i am usually on later at night.....except on weekends.....but when the time comes for a moderator, at least put me on the list. I would enjoy it most definately. I know it wont be long untill you need one because everytime i look at the newest member it has changed But, and i know that it is not grammatically correct to start a sentence with the word but, its about to get out of control. I feel it. The reason being when aeq.88 makes his 200th post and he gets his money then he will be proof that you pay. That will attract more people. I hope everyone enjoys this forum as much as i do. I really got tired of rgp and i was only there like 2 weeks. damn steve-o But congrats on this great site!

My plan was to wait for 500 posts and use the Pacific poker deposit option he offered. Maybe the offer will be over by the time I get to 500, but it's still turning out to be a cool forum, much better than RPG, so I am no worse for wear either way.

I think the quality of posts here are excellent compared to other forums and the fact you have offered those cash incentives to post. Most threads I find interesting to read and give me another prospective on the poker world.

I know I post alot here, but I believe being one of the only British players here (maybe the only one) I have different experiances than most and like sharing my views.

I talk to alot of the Euro pro's and use their private forums so I get an insight into how they think and behave. There are always discussions about how good Euro players are compared to their counterparts over the pond.

As long as the threads are interesting and informative then I will stay around for sure.

You people need someone to hate, it's a yin-yang thing. But I'm sure there is alot of people who like my posts too. If people want to talk crap about me go ahead just expect the same gratitude towards you. I may not have a very good ability to write as well as others. But what do you expect growing up in a trailer park?
