Default No Right or Wrong Answer is There ?

Your in a Brick room ready to close in 45 min
N/L 1 2 blinds
Super Drunk player begins going all in Dark and all in when he looks
Me and player 3 keep folding I blind off 21 bucks finally pick up 88 vs an all in he looked at. I call and lose to his KJ (River Jack). I'm surprised after blinding 21 bucks 88 was the first hand I called with ( My guidlines were first ace or first pair) What would you all do in that situation besides not getting Involved
Lower standards or raise em ( I'd call 88 everytime) (actually i'd call A2) everytime too

You blinded off 21 bucks at a 1/2 table? They went all in for 7 rounds (70 hands) and in 70 hands 88 was the first playable hand you picked up?

btw since you'd also call with A2 also, just know that ace two will not be more than a 57% or so favorite against almost any hand (ignoring domination)

Your point is taken but the room was closing soon we were playing 3 handed with a reduced rake 21 hands without an ace or pair.
Seat 3 doubled him up twice during this time. Guy was just catching cards
Best play was to leave but I ended up leaving anyway

3 handed...... ok that makes a huge difference YOU LEFT THAT PART OUT

Unless you want a pure gamble, get up at that point. If you do want to gamble, I'd move in everytime on the button and steal my blinds back, and wait for a premium hand

But that seems pointless to me...

Ya leaving was prob the best bet Zy....
I liked you post on the 6 handed N/L tables
That's pretty much all I play online anymore cept tournys
I find i do better at 6 handed tables when everyone is playing wild
you can blind of 10 bucks at .25 .50 cent blinds till you pick up a monster and usually get paid off handsomly.
Hard to do at higher limits with a lower bankroll though
with 1/2 blinds at the 200 dollar tables waiting around for that hand get's real painfull sometimes
