Default Bad beats are funny when they dont happen to you

This isnt mine, but the other day my friend went broke on partypoker like this:

He is dealt QQ, flop is 7Q7. He bets, gets a call. Turn is T for 7Q7T. they both check, river is a T for 7Q7TT. He bets, other guy goes all in, he calls for the last few dollars in his account which are in play.... my friend was laughing the whole way until the other guy showed 77 hahahahha

That's not a bad beat

A tough beat, yes, but a bad beat - nope.

I love heckling my friends while they play - especially when they are losing. It drives them nuts.

lol wanna know something even funnier.... i was watching him play another time at party 25$ buyin, he had built his stack up to about $80. He has rags or something I forgot, 2 limpers flop is Kh5s7h. He bets 3, gets 1 caller. Turn is 8h. I remember saying to him (wow i think the guy just made his flush, dont do anything stupid...), when all of a sudden a green chip popped up in front of him on the screen. For a second i was like uhh wtf.... then i realized he had tried betting 5$ bluffing, but added in another 0 on accident. The other guy thinks for about 10 seconds then calls. My friend has about 25 bucks left and goes all in on the river (which was a blank) expecting the other guy to fold. he calls and shows Qh(rag)h to win... I was laughing for the rest of the day until i went to sleep.... gg

You know, it's reading stories like these that make me think my ratholing habit isn't so bad after all.

lol ratholing is a good idea in crappy low stakes party game anyways, because you get people betting huge amounts into you not very often, and you usually can just bet out the weaklings at party on the flop by going all in... abusing chiplead power is good at higher stakes only i think

Yes... he's pushing it. I'll only remove so many links until I decide it's just easier to remove accounts instead.
