Default My worst night ever...

Well, I set a new record tonight, and it's an ugly one for sure.

-I played bad... not horrible, but definitely a lot worse than I usually do. I made some crying calls on the river that I shouldn't have made, but the biggest mistake I made was continuing to play after letting my emotions take over. I wasn't on full blown tilt or anything, but I'm sure I let my emotions affect my play.
-Any good luck I had earlier this month (I was running well), was all wiped out AND THEN SOME. It was sick. If I wasn't outflopped, I was outdrawn. Over and over and over.
-Other than me getting silly and getting it all in preflop with AKs vs AA once (dude had been 3 betting the hell out of me), I got my money in pretty good for the most part... but they got there every single time. Over and over and over.

My 5 worst starting hands and how much they cost me for the night:
AKs - $1165
TT - $921
77 - $722
AKo - $703
AA - $625

Good stuff, eh?

My biggest net win was when I doubled up (with a $600 stack, of course) with 44 after flopping a set vs. a dork who I got all in with a GUTSHOT. I'm still stunned he didn't hit one of his four outs.

Here was my worst hand of the night. I'll prewarn you, it's going to look bad. Feel free to comment and call me names, but FWIW, I thought it through and put him on pretty much the exact hand he had and I made the right play. So sick.

I was sucked out on 3 more times for > $1000 pots tonight too. Let me tell you, that stings.

Finally tally: Down $5230.10. This is playing 3/6, mind you, meaning I lost nearly 9 buy ins. That is a bad night right there, my friends.

This definitely put a dent in my January numbers. Good thing I had bit of good luck earlier this month to cushion the blow a little bit.
