Default Vegas is a bunch of tricky bastards (GB/Pitt)

Line on this game opened at Pitt -6 and with the news that Rothleisberger is not going to play the line dropped to -3.5??? Are you telling me that Charlie Batch, who gets the start, is only a 2.5 point downgrade from Big Ben? Hardly, this line should be a pick to -2 in favor of GB.

Yea, yea, yea, I know GB has struggled this year and Pittsburgh is the nuts, whatever. GB's problems have been in allowing so many passing yards, especially on 3rd and long. Do you think there is a chance Batch throws 10 passes today? If you do then you don't know who Bill Cowher is, this guy will run the ball all day long results be damned. If you think I am kidding look back at the AFC Championship game where asshole Bill ran the ball on EVERY Pittsburgh first down play and not once did they get even two yards, not once. Did that stop Cowher from running the ball in the third quarter when they were still in the game and NE had 9, count em, 9 men in the box? No. Today will be more of the same.

Since opening day GB has not lost a game by more than a touchdown and only one by more than a FG.

I'm not gonna stand here and say the GB pulls off the upset, but I will take the 3.5 points at home, especially when home is Lambeau field.

If I were in a position to wager anything today I would be on this game and:
Atlanta -2

Unfortunatly I will not be placing a wager today due to other circumstances but I would feel strongly about both of these plays just the same.

nice to see you back in the betting section...

I agree with you on the PITT game, Bill Coward will never win a Superbowl because he is scared to lose... he plays to not lose instead of playing to win. Ive said this for as long as I can remember.

I agree with your play on the packers today.

I will stay away from the ATL game tho.

Wow, how many chances did GB have to win this game and still found a way to lose by 10.

Atlanta covered the -2 sos maybe I should just skip the write-ups from now on and just post numbers.
