As far as football betting, I feel like there is so much parity in the NFL that "on any given sunday" any team can win.
I have seen to many friends really get into the hole when they bet on games. Why not take that money and sit at a poker table? I definitely like my odds better. Don't you?

I have bet (mostly on football) using since 1996 or 1997. It's been a long time, and I'm a happy customer.
With that said, I don't bet much any more. I do it because it makes the games more interesting, not to make money. That's what poker is for! |

Agreed, but winning is always more fun that losing. Though in NFL I seem to get "rivered" by the refs alot

No, LOL, you just don't cover because the winning team decided to kneel on the ball and run the clock out, instead of kicking the 35 yd. field goal.
