Default Product Comaprison: PS vs FTP cards

I am putting out this review, largely because I could not find much info when I was looking to buy. Hope this helps if you are looking to buy either product.

In the last year I have ordered the plastic playing cards from the points stores of FTP and PS.

Overall, I like the PS cards better.

The indexes on both sides are a good size. The PS card indexes are actually a little on the large side, but I have only ever heard one person from my homegame say anything about it.

Both sets are differentiated. PS sends 2 decks, with one being read and one being blue. The 2 FTP decks have the basic logo on black, but one is trimmed in white and the other in green.

What I really like better about the PS deck is that it is that slightly narrower width that are standard in a lot of poker rooms (I always thought it was because of auto shufflers), while the FTP decks are that regular playing card size that you will find at casino blackjack tables. This makes the PS decks a little nicer for shuffling.

Finally the FTP cards are made of a thinner plastic. Because of this they are not as good at staying 100% flat, but still better than plastic coated decks.

If I was playing a lot on PS, I'd definitely get those cards next time, but overall both decks are decent.
