i wouldnt be that worried about it. party isnt there, but neither are pokerroom or pacific.

i think that there are a couple of different comissions that do the auditing, but i really think that it is all a scam. look at one of their news articles about golden palace. it seems to me that they essentially extorted charitable donations out of golden palace because of the streaker advertising that golden palace does. it doesnt seem to make sense to me.

i would feel pretty safe at any of the big sites, including party. they would have a serious shitstorm on their hands if they somehow started to have problems. i think that their 70k players could find somewhere else to play pretty quickly.
