i heard hearts are the biggest ranked suit in poker, though it doesnt really matter, but thats what i heard

I've always heard it was alphabetical - - but I see some people do it like this:
(Low to High)



For 7 card stud (to determine the bring in), I've always seen it done alphabetically.
