Mansion hasn't dealt with U.S. players (officially, anyway - I have no idea how JD plays there) for a few months now.

How many times do I have to tell you guys that Poker is still open?

You can keep saying it, but it still doesn't work for me, and when I emailed them about it the other day, the confirmed: No U.S. players.

Maybe it works for existing accounts or something, but it doesn't look like it does for new ones.

OK, the download worked for me tonight (odd), but their are pretty clear - If you live in the U.S. and participate in any of their "restricted services," they can keep your money and close your account. It says so right there.

That site doesn't exactly put out the most accurate articles. Off recent memory, they were the first to break that PokerStars would pull out of the US market.
