I know they updated Main Event chip counts regularly last year. I followed it closely and got to watch a big part of pay perview. Do they post chip counts for the other multiday events online? If so, it would be great to track TP and the others who will be competing.

They should, yes. I was also sending out cell phone updates last year, which were then posted here.

I'm looking forward to meeting a lot of board members at this year's WSOP. I'm not sure if I'll try to play some live sattys into events or not. I'll definitely be up for railbirding, cash games, and late night debauchery.

I won't be on vacation until June 9, so you should stay longer TP.

One of the rules that the Tournament Directors organization thingy implemented this year was a hard and fast rule of NO cell phones/crackberrys/PDAs in use at the table. So if updates are going to be sent the person would need to actually leave the playing area to do it.
