Be careful what you wish for.
The DOJ is apparently nowhere near having the regulatory procedures for the UIGEA in place, and the AG, who has more pressing issues on his mind, seems to have little interest in pushing it. On the other hand, pass Gay Barney's* bill and see how fast the IRS gets their tendrils in there. * - not that there's anything wrong with it.
