Here's what I see when I do the cmd windump -D command. 1.\Device\NPF_GenericDialupAdapter (Adapter for generic dialup and VPN capture) 2.\Device/NPF_<9E2EDAB7-C777-40CF-A961-B82BC3CC3214> (Intel(R) Pro/100 V# Network Connection (Microsoft's Packet Scheduler) )

Apparently, I had a firewall opening up at start up that I wasn't aware of. I'm surprised it didn't give me problems before this.
