When does one "month" start and end? is it the usual 1st-30/31st but it takes a week for them to send you the monies? and thus you deliver on the 7th/9th/whatever.

Months always start on the 1st and end on either the 31st, 30th, occasionally the 28th, and very rarely the 29th. Please consult a calendar for details.
 And yeah, it takes them about a week to pay me and get me the detailed rake reports - this adds at least 1-2 days EVERY month, since they have yet to actually send me the reports as an attachment on the email that says "Here is the report, blah blah blah." EVERY single month, I have to respond to the email, tell them there is no attachment, and have them resend it to me.... WITH the attachment. *sigh* Once I have the reports, I pay you guys within 24 hours.
