Good stuff. Seriously.
I have no desire to be balling 300/600, but I hear ya about being a pussy and not moving up, and about playing only an hour or two per day - WTF? I also TOTALLY hear ya about needing to find time to exercise. When you start taking shots at the nosebleeds, I think it would be cool if you'd post rail threads. I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking it would be cool to rail you there. |

And no worries bro...even ballers don't necessarily pay cash for houses.

I was thinking that too... but also thinking it might be hard to qualify for a loan with poker as your profession as I'd imagine most lenders are pretty big nits. But, who knows.

Thought the same after posting. Cosign with someone perhaps and a reasonable down payment I'd assume would be pretty easy to qualify for something.

Apparently you have't turned on CNBC for a total of 90 seconds any time in the past 6 months. Words of the year: "Subprime." |

![]() He only needs to go subprime if he has poor credit. No doc loans are out there. If he has good credit, he just needs to be able to put 30%+ down.
