My hands always hurt after I play live poker for like 3 hours because all I do (try) to do is these chip tricks and feel like I am contributing to just getting carpel tunnel.

I've tried the shuffle, tried the twirl, but I just suck and can't seem to do it. Of course reading this makes me want to pull out some chips and give it another go.
