I think this may be one of the biggest sucker bets of all time. I would be SHOCKED if you couldn't win this.
Remember what I said about optimizing the initial and final weigh ins. Shit - a gallon of liquid weighs around 8 pounds ALONE (I think)... |

Yep TP - water is about 7 or 8 lbs per gallon... Down a gallon prior to weigh in and you're money. If you can't do this by May 2, that's weak! Can you drink Milk? Drink Whole. Pasta by the box. LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS. Seriously, do the BIG exercises only. Bench, Sqaut, Deadlift, Overhead press. EAT PROTEIN. AT MINIMUM 200 grams a day. I'd even suggest pushing for 300. I used to bodybuild so if you need any suggestions, let me know. |
