Then they gentley remind you about 5 minutes later, and you tell them you're doing it right now, 4-tabling, you know. Then they ask 5 minutes later and you tell them you sent it. They go check. They come back and say they didn't get it. You tell them it went through but says pending in your history. They come back and say it's not there...
