So some idiot actually managed to bust faster than me, and I finished 518/519 when I was dealt the Kiss of Death on Hand #2.

LOL.

I actually put him on exactly QJ, but given the structure of this (needing to win for it to be worthwhile) and the prestige of being the first one eliminated - WITH KK - how could I not call?

Oh, and FWIW... I was dealt 72o on the first hand and considered open shoving it. Now I wish I had.

I looked at the blog, but all I saw was that he 'got outflopped'. I didnt see any details of the suckout.

5th paid $142+

Well it was A8 A4 all in preflop, and a 4 came. So I guess I got outflopped. Too bad the $5000 was a seat and couldn't be chopped, otherwise might have been a bit better than $142

Dr.Pauly runs a private Omaha tourney every Saturday. It's a $10 tourney and he is giving first $215 for ps sunday million or whatever you want in addition to 1st place prize money. It's a 4:20 est I'm prolly be playing just thought I'd spread the news.

FWIW:

Also, the new pokertek electronic tables are going to be taking over at the excalibur(sp?). I will probably will invest a bit of money in PTEK seeing that the news hasn't reached wall street yet.
