the only fee i have is the initial 8.9% when transferring from my bank to neteller, everything else is fee free.

i usually cash out the amount of my initial deposit as soon as i've doubled it (plus neteller fee) and then cash out when i need extra money. i dont know if this is the best way to do it, but it works for me.

When you cash out from a site, do they not take like a 1% charge on your cashout?

Ive never had any fees with neteller and get my money transfered quickly on every site.

On party and pokerstars the cashout shows up almost instantly in my account.

The only fees Ive ever paid is the $11 to have them fedex me a check. Yes I'm willing to pay the extra $8 to make sure my money arrives and not floating in the mail for 2-3 weeks.

I just got charged $1 for withdrawing Interpoker -> Netteller, though considering it was a $500 withdrawal after putting in a total of $200 (with about $200 left in account) I'm just grumbling a bit.
