Rio for sure
You don't want to be worried about catching a cab, delays, or any other unforeseen variables. The Palms, which across the street (5/10 minute walk in 100 degree weather), is a hipper/more fun, but if you are playing, you want to be able to go directly from your quiet, air-conditioned room to the tables as quickly and easily as possible.
The Rio is nothing special, but is clean and comfortable. Book soon -- rates are great right now.
