Anyone watched the durrrr hand in the second episode? Probably going to be one of the most talked about hands in poker for a while.

I know Daniel runs like shit on HSP, but I thought he played pretty poorly in last night's episode too. I don't see how he needs to go broke with JJ that one hand against David B. I mean, yeah, there WERE lots of random draws and crap he could have, but there were tons of hands that have Daniel killed too, and David sure seemed very confident about his hand.
At least to me, but then again, I could see that he was holding quads, so that probably helped. |

He runs bad but he also make a ton of terrible plays. Loose passive isn't a great style. He must not be as flush with cash as previous years.

the JJ hand isn't that bad IMO, the A8 river call against Greenstein was fucking god awful.

Actually, that's the play I was thinking about that I remember being really bad. And the hand that he totally gave up (verbally) with his A8 when the turn J made the board AKQJ was pretty bad too. He could have outplayed Eli there if he wanted to, but his mind was so set on how badly he was running, that he basically announced he'd be folding to any stab at the top.
