You need $1 of rake (which happens with $20 worth of total pots) to generate 1FTP, so at micro stakes that's going to take more than a few hands - still not a bad promo though.

For micro stakes - I'd actually try to step up a bit to a 10 (or at least a 5) O8 table, every pot will be raked for sure and lots of donkeys play there so the pots are comparatively large for the stakes. Might be the cheapest way to collect the bonus.
