I've heard DMT is like a crazier experience than LSD but only lasts 5-10 minutes.
The comment about opening the 3rd eye, although I believe is to be taken in awakening in some way of the soul, is probably true biologically too. The pineal gland is where the 3rd eye is located in other animals. Also, DMT, psylocibin (shrooms), and I believe LSD pass the blood-brain barrier when partook in while other chemicals are fought off from this. There's a really good book, on DMT about it for those interested.
