Hard to see whether or not this changes the way wins and losses are required to be reported. Hopefully, logic will prevail and reporting net as ordinary income will become the rule.
IMO, though, just another way for them to steal my my money and intrude on my privacy. If this passes, I see less internet poker and more B&M poker in my future.
