I guess he is in hopes that other poker players will follow suit and maybe have some kind of impact on FTP to get them to pay the players faster. I dont see it as 1 player is going to make any difference to anything but if its a start of something I say good for him.

I think it's both... and frankly, I suspect it's mostly self-serving - not so much to get people off his back with the "Where's my money?" crap, but to legally separate himself from FTP.
Unfortunately, I think this sends a bad message about Tilt's current financial state, but I am still optimistic I will get my money back, eventually. |
