Yeah, I made that crap play. Renegade was all-in, I called, Chilly stayed along for the ride. I guess some people like to check it down at that point and try to get one of the two hands to knock out Renegade.
Personally, I wanted Renegade's chips and I didn't want Chilly to add to his stack. So I made a decent-sized bet at the dry side with 3rd pair and got Chilly out. I was ahead too but then the turn helped Renegade. Chilly got on me about that one. I'm playing for PShabi not Chilly. There were a couple of times where I think people expected me (with the chip lead) to call a short stack. I let go some trash hands (if I would've hand ANYTHING I would've rode with it) in these situations. Mostly it was my holdings and the I didn't want to just let chips go. It was my first time at a MTT final table and I'm sure I made some basic mistakes. I'd never go easy on anyone because they were TP though. The only decision I made with that in mind was the chop at the end. If I'm playing anyone from another forum, I would've played it out. It took some time before I finally decided to chop with Taja. My gut said, no, but I'm really competitve. Anyway, I'm closing the door on this tourney. Still can't believe I got there. I think the biggest thing for me was having some pretty big cards and people pushing all-in against them. 2nd hand, I had AA on a King high flop and I was praying the guy had AK. He did and pushed 'em in with virtually all of his chips still in his stack. I got QQ vs. 33 and QQ vs. 44 too. Big cards help!

You have to remember I made the request to split the money when i was on 71k you was on 39k. I didn't care who won really, was just happy that that prick in 3rd didn't. Thats why I called his 10k all in with 10,6.
When he had 460 chips he musta hit AA ak jj on the bounce and was pushing it about. I found it was pretty easy to read him tho, he always went all in with decent hands and bet about half his chips when he wanted to bluff you off the pot. |

Oh yeah, you definitely had a good lead when you offered to split. I, normally would say no, even with 1k in chips. Yeah, I was happy when you made that call.
I noticed that read too. He would push-in with good cards and just min raise with anything else. I was in a 92os funk for about 5 orbits but when I finally got something worth looking at and he did that small raise, I pushed-in and got him off of me for a while. He was a bitch to play against from the right.

I managed to dodge a bullet against you once. Held 99, player to my right went allin (with 88). I thought about it a bit, got a bad feeling and folded, then you called him with KK.

Yep, I was like are you going to call Tony (in my head)? I knew you were thinking. I would've overcalled too but I wasn't really wanting to weaken my hand and go 3-way. Nice fold.
